What does it cost
to give away a smile?

How much can you afford not to give away a smile?

We all love it when someone gives us a smile, and who doesn’t feel better when you get one?

But we have to return a smile.

It’s just what we all do, it’s natural.

There are several things which we cannot recover.

The stone after the throw.

The word after it's said.

The occasion after the loss.

The time after it's gone.

Have a look at the small film made a few years ago and watched by millions.

If it doesn’t get to you I’m sorry.

There are many different smiles and different ways the act of smiling can be done.

Smiles can communicate feelings as different as love or contempt, pride or submission, flirtatiousness or polite tolerance.

The act of smiling may often be induced by showing kindness.

You can give someone something to smile about

You can tell them a joke.

Next time you want to put a smile on someone’s face, either perform an act of kindness or think of a stress reliever.

Just count those endorphins!!!!!!

The face requires 12 muscles to smile and 103 to frown.

A smile cannot be

bought,

begged,

borrowed,

or stolen,

it is something that is of no value to anyone until it is given away.

Smiling is infectious,

you catch it like the flu,

When someone smiled at me today,

I started smiling too.

I passed around the corner and someone saw my grin,

When he smiled I realized I’d passed it on to him.

I thought about that smile, then I knew its worth,

A single smile, just like mine, could travel ‘round the earth.

So, if you feel a smile begin, don’t leave it undetected;

Let’s start an epidemic quick, and get the world infected!

I read that a child laughs 400 times a day on the average,

while an adult laughs only 15 times each day.

The good news is that you are allowed more than 15 laughs a day!

Go ahead and double the dose and make it 30 times today.

Writer Randall Jarrell said,

“One of the most obvious facts about grown-ups to a child is that they have forgotten what it is like to be a child.”

A good laugh helps your immune system fight off colds, flu and sinus problems by increasing the concentration of immunoglobulin A in your saliva.
